ITQAN INTEGRATED SCHOOL – PARENT TEACHER MEETING, 3^RD JULY 2021

Dear Parent,

We pray that you and your loved ones are in the best of health and safety, Insha’Allah, Ameen.

Alhamdulillah, we will be organising the Parent Teacher Meeting via Zoom on Saturday 3^rd July 2021 from 9 am to 4 pm, facilitated by our online booking system.

We strongly encourage you to participate in the Parent Teacher Meeting at the Grade and Subject levels. The respective teachers will share your child’s academic progress and growth based on classroom observations, assignments, etc.  It is also a good opportunity for our teachers to meet you to better understand your child’s strengths and needs towards his/her child’s learning development.

Please click on the link below to schedule an appointment with the Homeroom Teachers at the respective grade (Grade 1 to 8), and also your child’s subject teachers (English, Maths, etc).  For instance, if your child is in Grade 3, click the Link to Schedule corresponding to Grade 3, and follow the simple instructions thereupon to arrange the schedule (repeat if you have more than 1 child in the school).  And, if you would like to meet your child’s subject English teacher, click the Link to Schedule corresponding to English, and follow similarly.  Ensure that you do not select times that clashes with your earlier bookings.

You will receive email confirmations for each schedule or meet you arranged.
